Qualiteach are recruiting for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a Pupil Referral Unit in Harrow. You will work closely with students who have been excluded from mainstream education, helping them manage behaviour, build resilience, and re-engage with learning. You will need to be calm under pressure, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students. Team Teach training and prior experience in an SEMH or PRU setting are essential. This PRU caters for secondary-aged pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties. The school has an exceptional pastoral support team and provides regular training, mentoring, and career development opportunities for staff.
