You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

The Opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity to build, launch, and lead a business-defining Wealth division from a blank canvas, backed by the resources and distribution of a market-leading scale-up.

Build and Own from Zero: We’re not asking you to improve a product; we’re asking you to build and own a business. You will be the accountable leader for Stream’s entire wealth proposition, spanning investments, savings, and pensions (SIPPs, Workplace Pensions, ISAs, GIAs), owning its strategy, execution, and commercial success.

Disrupt for Good: This is your chance to challenge a stale industry and rewrite the rules. You'll build a business that delivers true financial inclusion to a vastly underserved audience, making savings, investing, and retirement planning simple, fair, and accessible for everyone.

Define a Category: Your leadership will be critical in establishing Stream as the UK's leading, most-trusted partner for everyday financial wealth. You will own the narrative and make us famous in this space.

The Team:

You will be the founding leader of our new, dedicated Wealth business unit. You will be given the autonomy, resources, and P&L ownership to build your vision and make a huge impact, fast. Our culture is built on trust, speed, and an obsession with member outcomes. You will build and guide a cross-functional team, working closely with our world-class Product, Engineering, Operations and Go-to-Market leaders to drive the success of your division.

What will you be doing?

As the accountable leader for the Wealth business unit, you will own the strategy, execution, and ultimate commercial success of our proposition. You'll be setting the vision one moment and ensuring operational excellence the next, with a relentless focus on growth and delivering a best-in-class member experience.

Own the Wealth P&L and Commercial Performance: You are ultimately accountable for the success of the business unit. You will define and deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs), including Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue, user adoption, and profitability for our entire suite of wealth products.

Lead the Go-to-Market Strategy: You will be the commercial owner, partnering with marketing, sales, and partnerships to build and execute a powerful GTM strategy. You will lead high-stakes client and prospect conversations, representing the business at the most senior levels.

Act as the Visionary Leader and External Voice: You will be the internal and external face of Wealth at Stream. You will set the vision, champion our mission in the market, and establish yourself and the company as the definitive thought leader in this space.

Define the Strategic Roadmap and Vision: You will be the ultimate owner of the wealth roadmap. Working as a key strategic partner to Product, you will translate market insight, regulatory change, and customer needs into a clear, prioritised plan that creates a world-class, integrated user experience and drives business growth.

Build and Inspire a High-Performing Culture: You will foster a culture of ownership and excellence within the Wealth squad. This includes equipping our internal teams with the deep knowledge to succeed and helping our clients understand the powerful impact this benefit has on their workforce.

Lead the Proposition Launch and Scale: You will lead the charge to launch the Wealth proposition to our 3 million members. Post-launch, you will be responsible for its rapid growth, iteration, and evolution into a category-defining and profitable line of business.

Hybrid Working : Ability to work from our London office 3 days a week, blending with remote work.
