  • Asegurarse de que los baños estén abastecidos, limpios y presentables en todo momento.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar encimeras, fregaderos y electrodomésticos de la cocina (microondas, refrigerador, etc.).

General Cleaning Duties:

  • Clean and disinfect all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops.
  • Replenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
  • Ensure restrooms are stocked, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen counters, sinks, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, etc.).
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners in kitchen and break room areas.
  • Ensure that dishes and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
  • Load and unload the dishwashers
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all areas of the office.
  • Ensure that waste is sorted correctly according to recycling guidelines.
  • Clean and set up meeting rooms for the next day, including arranging furniture and ensuring equipment is functional.
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, furniture, windowsill and skirting boards and after meetings.
  • Maintain carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning as needed.
  • Sweep and mop hard surface floors to ensure cleanliness.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors, including hallways, offices, and common areas.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, shelves, and office equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.
  • Clean windows, glass doors, and partitions to ensure a clear and professional appearance.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  • Notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled, such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or upholstery cleaning.
  • Assist with any special cleaning projects or events as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
