About the Company:

We’re Angel Support Living (UK) Ltd a provider of Supported Living for Adults in and around the North London area. We support our clients to independent living through groups, services, advice and information. It is an exciting time to join our growing company.

About the Role:

Angel Support Living (UK) Ltd are now recruiting for a full time, experienced Service Manager to join the growing company and manage a 24 hour Supported Living Service in Edgware.

Our clients who live within our 24 hour supported accommodation suffer with varied disorders such as Mental Health, Learning disability and substance misuse.

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 7+ years experience in a management position within a supported living accommodation. You will work closely alongside the Area Manager / Registered Manager and be responsible for the welfare of the clients and staff within our supported living accommodation. The type of care we offer varies according to our service users individual needs. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the below.

Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities (but not limited to) are as follows:

* Complying with CQC standards and regulations

* Taking overall responsibility for the quality care provided

* Remaining up to date with relevant care standards legislation

* Applying for various benefits that our clients may be entitled to

* Managing and monitoring our client's budgets

* Producing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures in line with CQC and company policies

* Attend professional meetings with care teams and social services

* Carry out regular supervision with your staff

* Payroll duties - collaborating the timesheets monthly and submitting in a timely manner to the HR department

* Producing the rota for the service on a weekly basis ensuring all staff are treated equally and fairly

* Keeping client's records up to date alongside the support of colleagues and ensuring our digital system is updated on a regular basis

Pay range and compensation package:

* Full UK driving licence required for this position

* Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

* On call

* 28 days paid holiday inclusive of bank holidays

* Company laptop and phone provided for business use only

* Company Car provided

* Expected start date: as soon as possible

* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 45 hour per week contract

Qualifications & Experience:

* NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 4 & 5 (essential)

* Experience in a similar role (essential)

* Experience within Supported Living environment (preferred)

* Minimum 7+ years experience working with Mental Health, Learning disability and substance misuse clients.
