About the Role
Depending on the position and school placement, your responsibilities may include:

Planning, preparing and delivering engaging, creative and differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
*
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
*
Assessing, recording and reporting on pupil progress, development and attainment.
*
Supporting the wider ethos, values and learning culture of the school.
*
Collaborating effectively with colleagues, teaching assistants and school leadership teams.
Teachers placed in long-term or contracted roles may also contribute to curriculum planning, parents’ evenings and wider school activities.
