Join our Sales Operations team - a great first step into the world of Property Technology and Operations!
This role provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Sales team to streamline and enhance the operations supporting our Sales Associates (responsible for property viewings), manage landlord appointments, and ensure top-tier customer service for our renters.
With a mix of CRM management, project coordination, and process improvement, it’s a great role to develop operational skills.Location: Southwark, London (office-based role - 1 day WFH post probation)
Salary: up to £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Working Day and Time: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, plus every other Saturday (advanced day in Lieu for Saturday work)

Role and Opportunities:
Include but not limited to…
Customer Service and Fostering Relationships: Build strong connections with landlords and tenants to ensure our scheduled viewings are executed flawlessly.
Viewings Optimisation: Coordinate and arrange travel plans for our Sales Associates whilst seeking opportunities to enhance the number of property viewings conducted by our Sales Team.
Customer Communication: Keep our customers always informed with the latest and most relevant information regarding their appointments.
Data Accuracy: Perform regular audits to ensure that our system maintains accurate property details and access provider information..
Collaboration: work with our team to optimise and deliver successful viewings to renters
About You:
You have exceptional written and spoken verbal communication skills
You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a mutually supportive working culture
You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
You have exceptional attention to detail
Great decision-making and problem-solving skills
