Role Overview:

At ETM Group, being a Host is a key front-of-house role and the first point of contact for our guests. You're not just welcoming guests - you're setting the tone for the entire experience, creating a warm first impression, and ensuring every arrival feels seamless, professional, and reflective of our EPIC values.

Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces - our Hosts play a vital role in managing reservations, coordinating guest flow, and maintaining a smooth and organised front desk operation. You are responsible for greeting guests, managing bookings, and working closely with the floor team to ensure efficient seating and service.

Working alongside the management team, you will ensure the reception area is run with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication, and a natural flair for hospitality are key to success.

* Experience: Previous experience in a host, reception, or front-of-house role is essential.
