About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and team first People Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People Operations/ HR and experience scaling People Operations, and be enthusiastic to support on a wide variety of tasks. You will own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, employee engagement activities, and HR administration. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and loves to build scalable processes. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the processes of onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth set up processes and an excellent experience

  • Draft documents such as contracts, contract changes and ensure documentation is appropriately tracked and stored across internal systems

  • Own the delivery of benefit programmes across regions, ensuring smooth rollout and strong employee experience

  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships

  • Ensure policy legislation and employee handbooks are kept updated across global teams

  • Lead the operational delivery of HRIS Implementation and systems including configuration, testing, rollout and adoption across regions

  • Act as a system owner for day-to-day HRIS management, including permissions, workflows, reporting and data integrity.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the People tech stack, identifying efficiencies and automation opportunities

  • Support the implementation of promotions and progression planning, including internal leveling and job architecture

  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency

  • Analyse and suggest improvements for onboarding and administrative processes

  • Assist in answering employee questions about benefits, leave, and payroll

  • Help plan and execute wellness and culture-building activities to keep our workplace vibrant and positive

  • Align operational efforts with broader company goals and objectives

Skills We Need for This Role

  • 5+ years of People Operations or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment (Start-up/ Scale-up experience would be highly beneficial)

  • Proficient in automating manual workflows and scaling People Operations

  • Well versed in a variety of People Operations projects such as Benefits review, HRIS implementation, Onboarding and Offboarding workflows

  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation, previous experience with contracts and onboarding documents is essential

  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools

  • Previous experience implementing global benefits packages will be highly advantageous

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
