About The Role
We’re looking for a high energy, commercially minded Customer Success Associate to join our UK team, focused on onboarding new clinicians and driving early-stage success.
This role sits at the heart of our customer journey and you’ll be responsible for ensuring every new customer understands the value of Doctify, adopts the platform quickly, and sees measurable ROI within their first 90 days.
You won’t just be onboarding, you’ll be owning the most critical stage of the customer lifecycle, setting the foundation for long-term retention, growth, and advocacy!
You’ll be responsible for
Owning onboarding for new UK clinicians from day one through to successful activation
Leading consultative onboarding calls (video & phone) focused on outcomes, not just product walkthroughs
Driving early adoption and engagement, ensuring customers are actively using the platform
Clearly demonstrating ROI within the first 3 months; reviews generated, profile visibility, patient conversion
Tailoring your approach based on customer needs - balancing efficiency with personalisation
Collaborating closely with Sales and Account Management to ensure a seamless customer journey
What success looks like
High % of customers achieving early adoption milestones
Strong review generation within first 90 days
Positive customer feedback and onboarding experience
Consistent activity levels across calls and meetings
Contribution to overall retention and customer health
About you
You have 6+ months of experience within a professional setting would be desirable but not required
You’re a strong communicator, confident in running video calls and building rapport quickly
You’re energised by fast-paced work and don’t shy away from change or a challenge
You are commercially driven, with the ability to link product usage to tangible ROI
You are ambitious and motivated to progress quickly within Customer Success
You are highly organised and able to manage a high-volume pipeline
Last but by no means least - you believe in our mission and want to be part of revolutionising the healthcare industry with us!
