Doctify
London

We connect patients with the right doctors, and doctors with respected peers, to ensure better care worldwide. Through verified patient reviews and professional skill endorsements, Doctify creates unmatched credibility for providers and empowers patients to choose care with confidence.

Founded in 2015 and backed by $30m+ in funding, Doctify operates across 7 countries. We are uniting the global healthcare community, one trusted connection at a time.

We do things differently here at Doctify, we are boldly leading a digital revolution in healthcare and are confident in our mission.

About The Role

We’re looking for a high energy, commercially minded Customer Success Associate to join our UK team, focused on onboarding new clinicians and driving early-stage success.

This role sits at the heart of our customer journey and you’ll be responsible for ensuring every new customer understands the value of Doctify, adopts the platform quickly, and sees measurable ROI within their first 90 days.

You won’t just be onboarding, you’ll be owning the most critical stage of the customer lifecycle, setting the foundation for long-term retention, growth, and advocacy!

You’ll be responsible for
  • Owning onboarding for new UK clinicians from day one through to successful activation

  • Leading consultative onboarding calls (video & phone) focused on outcomes, not just product walkthroughs

  • Driving early adoption and engagement, ensuring customers are actively using the platform

  • Clearly demonstrating ROI within the first 3 months; reviews generated, profile visibility, patient conversion

  • Tailoring your approach based on customer needs - balancing efficiency with personalisation

  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Account Management to ensure a seamless customer journey

What success looks like
  • High % of customers achieving early adoption milestones

  • Strong review generation within first 90 days

  • Positive customer feedback and onboarding experience

  • Consistent activity levels across calls and meetings

  • Contribution to overall retention and customer health

About you
  • You have 6+ months of experience within a professional setting would be desirable but not required

  • You’re a strong communicator, confident in running video calls and building rapport quickly

  • You’re energised by fast-paced work and don’t shy away from change or a challenge

  • You are commercially driven, with the ability to link product usage to tangible ROI

  • You are ambitious and motivated to progress quickly within Customer Success

  • You are highly organised and able to manage a high-volume pipeline

  • Last but by no means least - you believe in our mission and want to be part of revolutionising the healthcare industry with us!

What We Offer

At Doctify, we shape careers with purpose. Our benefits are designed to fuel your growth, flexibility, and wellbeing.

Time off, flexibility & balance
  • 28 days annual leave (25 + 3 between Christmas and New Year), earning up to 30 days leave with tenure

  • 2 weeks of remote working annually (within 3-hour time zone of HQ)

  • Hybrid working model

  • Enhanced Parental Leave

  • 2 weeks Peternity Leave to welcome your newest furry family member

  • Medicash health cash plan

⭐ Setting you up for success
  • Competitive, benchmarked compensation (base salary plus commission)

  • 3-month immersive onboarding experience

  • Ongoing learning through expert-led sessions, leadership insights, and soft-skill development

  • Clear internal mobility pathways to accelerate your career

The uniquely Doctify experience
  • Daily team huddles to connect, share wins and spark ideas

  • Regional Lunch Clubs & team socials powered by our Fun Police

  • Quarterly Doctifier nominated Impact Awards

  • Employee referral bonus: £700 (or local equivalent) per hire

Our Commitment to DEIB

As a global team, we know that diverse perspectives drive innovation and lead to better outcomes for patients, providers and each other. We’re committed to creating a fair, inclusive environment where everyone is heard, respected and empowered to thrive.
