Renowned for their commitment to excellence and a strong track record in the FS sector, the firm is looking for an experienced individual to lead and grow their Corporate Tax practice, with a focus on mid-market financial services.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and delivering corporate tax services to a wide range of mid-market financial institutions. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships, driving business development, and actively engaging with the market to increase the firm's reach. You will represent the firm at networking events and engage with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

You will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to the strategic direction and growth targets of the FS corporate tax team. The role demands providing high-level technical tax advice on complex issues such as international tax structuring, tax-efficient fund structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other key tax planning areas. Additionally, you will lead and develop a growing team of tax professionals, offering mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
