We are looking for a Head of Pastry to join our culinary team based in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and organised pastry chef to lead a small, focused team delivering high-quality products across a range of outlets.

About the role:

• Leading a team of two within the pastry section

• Producing cakes, desserts, and baked goods for two coffee bars, a staff restaurant, and hospitality kitchens

• Reporting into the Executive Head Chef and supporting with menu development

• Managing and mentoring a Chef de Partie in pastry

• Maintaining consistency, quality and excellent food presentation

• Supporting innovation and seasonal menu planning

About you:

We are seeking a calm, friendly and highly organised chef who enjoys working closely with others and bringing creativity to the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in a professional pastry environment

• A passion for innovation and delivering high-quality desserts and baked goods

• The ability to lead and motivate a small team

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistency

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with a salary of £42,000 per annum.
