The Role & Responsibilities Working within a specialist faculty, you will handle the vital instructional work that drives our students' exceptional progress and fosters a genuine love for numerical logic.
Subject Mastery: Delivering Mathematics across KS3, GCSE, and A-Level, with the opportunity to teach Further Mathematics and STEP/AEA preparation for elite university candidates.
Mathematical Enquiry: Encouraging and coaching student participation in national Mathematics Challenges, Olympiads, and collaborative engineering projects.
Data-Driven Progress: Utilising advanced digital assessment tools to monitor progress and tailor instruction to the individual learning trajectories of students.
Professional Development: Participating in the school's internal "Teaching Lab" where staff share innovative methods for teaching abstract mathematical concepts.
Requirements
Degree: A strong degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a Physics-related field.
QTS: Required for this permanent role.
Right to Work: Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the UK.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent)
