EA to UHNW Businessman Based 4 days in Luxembourg French essential 12 month FTC
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Principal of a prestigious Luxembourg-based private family office with an international property portfolio and lifestyle-led investment interests. The company is focused predominantly on luxury residential real estate developments across a range of sought-after global; current projects include the transformation of a landmark Luxembourg property into an exclusive private members’ club featuring hospitality, wellness and co-working facilities.
This is a 12 month FTC and candidates must be fluent in French.
This is a true 1:1 role offering broad exposure across both business and personal support. The successful candidate will become a trusted right hand to the Principal, managing an ever-changing schedule and acting as a key point of coordination across multiple projects, properties and family matters. Responsibilities will include:
- Working from Luxembourg Monday – Thursday, wfh UK Fridays
- Complex diary and inbox management and extensive international travel coordination
- Visa arrangements, meeting preparation
- Lifestyle management and family support
- Liaising with contractors, interior designers, service providers and staff
- Representing the Principal in meetings when required
- Confidence, professionalism and the ability to communicate credibly with UHNW individuals and external stakeholders is essential
The Principal is entrepreneurial, creative and highly passionate about property, design and hospitality, and is looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with plenty of variety. This role would suit an EA who enjoys being fully involved, can think ahead, remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Candidates must be fluent in French, and should have prior experience supporting UHNW individuals, private offices or entrepreneurial principals. A polished and approachable manner is essential, alongside strong organisational skills, emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset.
The role is based in Luxembourg Monday to Thursday, with remote working on Fridays. All travel, accommodation and related expenses are covered.
