Lead Designer in London Area

Summary
As Design Lead, you'll be an innovator within our creative team, driving design initiatives for major clients while mentoring junior talent. You'll collaborate across disciplines to deliver solutions that exceed expectations and push creative boundaries. This role requires exceptional design skills and the ability to inspire teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design vision for key client projects, bringing concepts to life through stunning visual design
- Partner with strategists and technologists to develop creative solutions for business challenges
- Build client relationships, communicating design decisions with passion and purpose
- Guide and mentor designers while fostering their professional growth
- Present design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients
- Ensure design quality and consistency while meeting deadlines
- Contribute to new business pitches and grow existing client relationship
- A design innovator with passion for creating beauty in every project
- A seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience
- A skilled visual storyteller with a portfolio of bold creative thinking
- Experienced in leading designers while fostering collaboration
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- A confident communicator who inspires others with your vision
- Someone who embraces challenges to push creative boundaries
- Passionate about creating meaningful, user-centered design with distinctive character
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in animation/prototyping (in ProtoPie)
- Experience working with Figma variables and ideally in a complex design system.
- Experience in working on large-scale digital builds and ideally on a CMS (AEM or similar).
- Proven track record designing for global brands across digital touchpoints
- Experience leading design teams from concept to completion
- Proficiency in design systems, brand identity, and digital experiences
- Background in collaborative, cross-functional agency teams
- A sense of humour!
