Night Auditor

Reporting to the Night Manager, and working directly with a small team of concierge/security our night auditors are responsible for supervising reception operations during nighttime hours, providing front desk services, acting as a key communicator across the operation and completing daily financial and accounting reports. The role combines guest service with basic accounting duties to ensure a smooth transition between business days. Tasks

• Greet, check in, and check out members and guests
• Co-ordinate transportation needs
• Handle enquiries, requests, and feedback
• Answer phone calls
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and occupancy reports
• Audit and post room accommodation and additional charges accurately
• Monitor security cameras, and co-ordinate fire and health and safety checks
• Act as a key support to the emergency incident response should an unplanned evacuation be necessary
• Ensure the reception areas are clean, organized, and ready for daytime operations
  Previous hospitality/customer service experience
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience of working nights is an advantage
