Talent & Culture Partner
- Lead the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from writing job descriptions and adverts through to offer stage.
- Proactively headhunt and source top talent across Europe and the US, using creative outreach and market mapping.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders globally to define role requirements and shape hiring strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, and structured interviewing.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and feedback loops.
- Maintain clear, accurate ATS data and support improvements to hiring processes, scorecards, and evaluation tools.
- Drive a high‑quality candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
- Improve hiring processes including scorecards, assessments, and evaluation tools.
- Manage job boards, LinkedIn postings, and sourcing for high‑volume roles.
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support with developing employer branding, engagement and culture initiatives / interventions
- Act as a Culture Champion for the London office to support local engagement and connection
