2nd Line Support (Financial Services Experience)
- Deliver 2nd line support for Windows 10/11 desktop environments
- Troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and Entra environments
- Manage video conferencing and cloud storage technologies
- Maintain clear and accurate IT process documentation
- Identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes
