Senior Education Recruitment Consultant - East London
This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and established Teacher recruitment agency based in East London.
You will be working with an established team supplying Teachers and Support Staff to schools covering SEND, Secondary and Primary School supply.
You will be joining one of the most successful branches of a specialised teacher recruitment. The office is very busy and fast pace with over 75 people working there made up of Recruitment teams, Compliance and Resourcing teams, Payroll, Accounts, Marketing and IT teams.
New people coming into the business will have a warm area and access to existing Teachers on the database.
This is a full 360° role with a strong focus on developing existing business with user schools and promoting your services to new schools through phone calls, emailers and face to face visits. You will have support from the Compliance and Administration teams.
Along with working with contacts within schools a key part of your role as a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant will involve talking to, vetting and placing suitable teachers into new work placements.
Each teacher you place you will have already vetted you will have made sure their compliance records are thoroughly completed, reference checked them and met them face to face so you have a clear understanding of them as a person and therefore which schools they would be suited to.
The commission structure is financially very rewarding and one of the highest in the industry going up to 25%, you can also earn additional annual leave, holidays and vouchers to add to your additional uncapped earning potential.

Teams work in pods made up of Junior Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, Teams Leaders and a Manager.
