  • Assist with forecasting, sales tracking, and analysing customer performance by SKU/market.

  • Coordinate internal workflows with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment on launches and ongoing account activity.

  • Supporting the management of in store updates including with our external agency.

Customer Relationship Support

  • Act as a day-to-day operational contact for selected retailers.

  • Respond to customer queries, requests, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the preparation of customer presentations, business reviews, and range proposals.

  • Join customer calls or meetings with the sales team when required, taking notes and following actions through to completion.

Sample, Asset & Product Coordination

  • Manage all sample requests for customers.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

  • Maintain sample inventories and ensure availability for key launches and meetings.

  • Organise product information, images, packshots, and marketing assets for customer submissions.

Launch & Project Support

  • Support the sales team with new market launches, onboarding new retailers, and preparing sell-in toolkits.

  • Track progress of customer listings, activation plans, promotions, and key deadlines.

  • Assist with competitor tracking, category insights, and general market research.

Internal Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions for internal and external calls.

  • Maintain organised systems for customer files, documents, agendas, and calendars.

What you'll have:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience in sales support, commercial admin, or account coordination (beauty/FMCG preferred but not essential).

  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (reporting, analysis, customer decks).

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working across global markets, time zones, and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience working with major retailers, distributors, or international accounts.

  • Understanding of sales reporting tools, ERP systems, or EDI processes.

  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or consumer products.

Who you'll be:

  • Highly organised and reliable.

  • Proactive, solution-focused, and a self-starter.
