Wayman Education is working with a progressive primary school in Tower Hamlets to appoint a skilled SEN TA. The SEN TA will support pupils with a range of needs across the school, working alongside teachers, therapists, and the SENCO. This rewarding role begins in January 2026 and offers excellent professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Provide targeted classroom and intervention support
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Implement SEN strategies consistently
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff
