A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Mixed Church of England Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This Cover Supervisor position will be full time and long term with scope to go permanent.

If appointed as a Cover Supervisor your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing pupil behaviour in line with the schools policies
• Ensuring students complete their work
• Providing feedback to the team in relation to pupils behaviour

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor post will be between £85.50 to £120 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Coeducational All-Through Christian School for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old located in the London Borough of Greenwich.

GCSEs and BTECs, as well as A Levels are all taught at the school.

Being strongly founded on Christian values, everyone at the school can expect to start each day with a powerful sense of belonging and drive.

A diverse range of extracurricular clubs are available to all pupils. These include Choir, Anime & Manga and Pottery workshops. A variety of MFL, Music and Sports based activities are also provided.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this role as a Cover Supervisor:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
• Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Cover Supervisor in UK Secondary schools
