Applications are invited from well qualified, committed and enthusiastic teachers to join our highly successful Computing department. The department prides itself on delivering a Computing curriculum which provides opportunities for learners of all abilities to access Computer Science in a fun and engaging way. As a flexible practitioner, you will teach across a wide ability range while maintaining high expectations for all learners. Knowledge of Computer Science and programming are essential as well as a desire to help every child fulfil their potential.

The department is dynamic, supportive and successful with a long history of excellent results at KS4 & 5, where we currently teach GCSE Computer Science, Level 1/Level 2 BTEC in Digital Information Technology, A level Computer Science and Level 3 AAQ BTEC National ICT. We also have an exciting programme of study at KS3 with an emphasis on how computers work, data handling, HTML and programming in particular .
