A successful mixed secondary school in Merton is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Technician to join their technical support team.

The Role
• Provide daily technical support to staff and students across the school site.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware such as PCs, laptops, Chromebooks, and interactive screens.
• Support software installations, updates, and user accounts.
• Assist with maintaining the school network, Wi-Fi, and servers.
• Log and resolve IT issues promptly through the helpdesk system.
• Contribute to IT projects and upgrades.
Requirements
• Previous IT support experience (school experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong troubleshooting ability and good understanding of Windows, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
