Opportunity for a Procurement Associate to join a Leading International Law Firm in London.

Our client is a highly regarded international law firm with a strong reputation for advising organisations operating at the forefront of technology, innovation and complex commercial markets.

The firm is known for its collaborative international platform and sector-focused approach, regularly advising major enterprises and high-growth businesses on transformative and strategically important projects.

The team

The team advises across a wide range of areas including procurement, outsourcing, IT, telecoms, franchising and licensing strategies, competition, data protection and media.

The procurement practice works across a number of key sectors including technology, healthcare, defence, transport and energy.

The role

The firm is looking for a mid-level Associate into its specialist procurement practice.

Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, the new hire will play a key role in supporting and growing the firm's procurement capability, working on a broad range of UK and international procurement matters.

This will include:

• Advising on complex public procurement projects across multiple sectors
• Supporting major procurement exercises, primarily on the buy-side of projects
• Drafting and negotiating procurement documentation and commercial agreements
• Advising clients on procurement law strategy, compliance and practical delivery
• Collaborating with lawyers across the firm's international offices on cross-border matters
• Supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships

Required

• UK qualified Solicitor with 3 - 5 years' PQE
• Strong experience in procurement law gained at a leading law firm
• Experience advising on procurement projects within sectors such as transport, energy, healthcare, defence, aviation or technology
