This thriving secondary academy is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Performing Arts Technician to support its Drama and Music curriculum and active production schedule. The role involves managing the technical aspects of the school's performance spaces and providing essential support to creative staff and students.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Technical Lead: Setting up, operating, and maintaining all theatrical lighting, sound systems, and staging for curriculum work and extracurricular productions.
- Equipment Specialist: Ensuring the inventory of musical instruments and technical equipment is safe, functional, and organized.
- Creative Support: Assisting teaching staff and students in using technical equipment safely and effectively during lessons and rehearsals.
