Site Supervisor
A highly regarded Independent School in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join its premises team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong practical skills who takes pride in maintaining high standards across a school site.
Responsibilities will include opening and closing the premises, carrying out routine inspections, monitoring health and safety compliance, coordinating contractors and undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
You will support the preparation of facilities for examinations, parents' evenings, school productions and other events while ensuring all buildings and grounds remain safe, clean and operational.
The successful candidate will be expected to identify maintenance issues proactively and work closely with the Premises Manager and leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the site.
Strong organisational skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
