Department: Senior Management and Leadership Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Lily Close Compensation: £40,000 / year DescriptionWe are looking to recruit an experienced dynamic and forward thinking Registered Manager for Lily Close which is based in Rainham, Essex, RM13 9FF. Lily Close is located in Rainham, Essex. It offers residential support for nine males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are located within a gated community, off a main road. Our team are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people we support, providing them with the skills needed for them to live a healthier and happier life back in the community. We can also support autistic people and those who have:
- Difficulties with communication
- Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
- Physical disabilities
- Epilepsy
You and your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities and other initiatives. The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible. Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
