Senior Area People Partner – London and South East
Location: Regional travel across London and South East
Hybrid - 3 days a week travelling to site- 2 days working from home

Roles and responsibilities
As an Area People Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them make informed people decisions that support both organisational performance and associate wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Operating Unit and hospital leadership teams to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Supporting workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
Coaching and advising managers on performance management, employee relations and people best practice.
Leading complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Supporting organisational change initiatives, restructures and business transformation projects.
Working closely with our Centres of Excellence, Legal, Payroll and Benefits teams to deliver an outstanding associate experience.
Using people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risks and recommend solutions.
Driving associate engagement through listening initiatives, action planning and continuous improvement.
Championing diversity, equity and inclusion while embedding the Mars Five Principles throughout the business.
Delivering coaching and training to leaders on people management, compliance and leadership capability.
Experience required
You'll be an experienced HR or People Business Partner who enjoys building trusted relationships and influencing leaders at all levels.
We're looking for someone with:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
A professional HR qualification such as CIPD (or equivalent) is desirable.
At least five years' experience in a People Business Partner or HR Business Partner role.
Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret people metrics and turn insight into action.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
