Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Fully Remote | Reputable London Firm
Position: Litigation Solicitor (Commercial & Civil)
Location: Fully Remote (Firm Based in London)
Salary: £55,000 (DOE)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a well-established and reputable London law firm . This role offers the perfect blend of high-quality work and complete flexibility , as it is fully remote .
The Role: As a key member of the litigation team, you will handle a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters , including:
- Contractual disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Professional negligence claims
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Property-related litigation (desirable but not essential)
You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while working closely with senior colleagues on complex matters.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial and/or civil litigation
Ability to manage a caseload independently with strong technical ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
