What you will do

• Lead front-line management and supervision of Lambeth social care and Occupational Therapy services.
• Provide direct line management for up to 8 staff, ensuring effective team performance.
• Oversee services for vulnerable adults, covering areas such as Learning Disabilities, Older People, Substance Misuse, Physical Disability, and Occupational Therapy.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and case management for vulnerable adults.
• Manage exceptionally complex cases using your advanced casework skills.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Driving licence required for community visits.
