Technical Quality Analyst

Jellycat
London

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

The Technical Quality Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Quality team by ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining compliance standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves data management, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive operational excellence across the business.

You'll be;

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Quality team.

  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports in line with compliance requirements.

  • Performing data entry, tracking, and reporting using internal systems.

  • Supporting audit preparation and maintaining associated documentation.

  • Coordinating meetings, managing communications, and organising team documentation.

  • Managing accurate record-keeping processes to support quality initiatives and KPI reporting.

  • Maintaining compliant, accessible, and up-to-date QMS documentation.

  • Monitoring external documentation for revisions and ensure updates are implemented.

  • Supporting updates to internal processes and procedures through workflow mapping.

  • Assisting with supplier assessments, audits, and questionnaires.

  • Compiling, analysing, and reviewing KPI metrics and quality data to identify trends.

  • Supporting factory performance reviews and contribute to action plans that address operational gaps.

You'll have;

  • A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in quality administration, document control, or a similar role.

  • Experience within a quality, compliance, or regulated environment.

  • Exposure to auditing, report writing, or document control processes.
