Panel Operating Manager – London Depot
We're looking for an energetic, confident leader to join one of the UK's busiest and award-winning rail operators.
What You'll Do
Manage and coordinate all rolling stock movements within the depot
Lead, motivate and support a small operational team
Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards
Build strong working relationships across teams in this safety-critical environment
What You'll Bring
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide teams effectively
Previous experience or a solid understanding of operational safety standards
(from rail or a similar safety-critical industry)A flexible approach—this is a shift role (Early/Late/Nights)
