CRM Business Analyst
- Gather and document CRM requirements across regions and schools.
- Support the CRM roadmap by prioritising and refining backlog items.
- Write clear user stories for new features and enhancements.
- Assist in planning and executing CRM releases and school rollouts.
- Support testing by creating business scenarios and validating solutions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date process maps, documentation, and release notes.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to improve CRM adoption and community engagement.
- Collaborate with support teams to turn user issues into actionable system improvements.
