OverviewJoin our dynamic and innovative team at Gallagher as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! We are a global leader in Insurance, risk management and consulting services, and we have an amazing opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Global Support (TAGS) team.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our regional talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, auditing records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. How you'll make an impact- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, from job posting to the creation of offers and contracts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in the preparation and extension of employment offers and contracts.
- Audit and manage candidate workflow activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support recruitment activities.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage interview logistics.
- Provide customer service for all talent acquisition operational enquiries through the ticketing system and fulfil requests as defined by the established SLAs.
- Support agency vendor partner activities through expected processes.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Provide other support to the talent acquisition team as needed.
- Educated to Degree level (Desired)
- Relevant experience gained within Agency, RPO or inhouse (Desired)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms – preferably iCIMS.
- Excellent relationship building with strong attention to details.
- Highly organised with proven time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
