Procurement Manager, Ingredients & Commodities
- Own end-to-end procurement for key ingredients categories , supplying multiple UK manufacturing sites
- Develop and execute category strategies with a strong focus on commodity buying and risk management
- Collaborate with NPD, planning, and site teams to drive innovation, value engineering, and supply chain improvements
- Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, delivery, and cost targets are met
- Use SAP and Excel to manage contracts, POs, and reporting with precision
- 4+ years' procurement experience , ideally in food manufacturing or commodities
- Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge, negotiate, and lead
- A self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture
- Excellent Excel and SAP skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Tenacity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
