SEN Teaching Assistant - Southwark
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Southwark is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs in a structured, nurturing environment.
The Role
You will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum across core subjects
Support emotional regulation, confidence, and positive behaviour
Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning resources
Encourage independence and engagement throughout the school day
Support transitions, routines, and social development
