About Zapp
Zapp is London’s leading premium convenience retail platform. Founded in 2020, our vision is to disrupt the multi-trillion dollar convenience retail market, by developing best-in-class customer-centric technology and fulfilment solutions. Zapp partners with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver an exclusive range of hand-picked products 24/7, delivered in minutes.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more core pillars of our grocery delivery platform — such as fulfilment, category management, consumer app, partner experience, or inventory systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, drive execution, and deliver delightful and scalable experiences in a high-paced environment.
You’ll thrive here if you’re obsessed with customers, love solving complex problems, and move fast without breaking things that matter.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for your product area aligned with business goals. Balance short-term execution with long-term platform thinking.
Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from discovery to launch and iteration.
Translate business needs into best-in-class product design solutions and user stories.
Leverage customer insights and operational data to identify pain points and develop new opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, commercial, operations, and analytics to deliver seamless and intuitive user experience.
Lead stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
Establish and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future iterations.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced B2C or logistics/operations-heavy environments.
Experience owning complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Experience in mobile products and/or building core platforms or internal tools that support multiple user experiences is preferred.
Strong quantitative skills, structured, systems-thinking mindset—able to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across Ops, Engineering, Commercial, and Exec teams with clear product narratives and roadmaps.
Excellent communication, prioritisation, and project management abilities.
Bonus: Experience in retail/grocery, e-commerce or marketplaces. Previous startup or rapid-scaling company experience is a plus.
Benefits
Opportunity to be part of an industry transforming mission - your work will directly shape how the world experiences fast, premium retail.
Of course we also offer:
Competitive salary & equity package.
25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
Private Health Insurance.
Extended sick pay and maternity/paternity leave pay.
