This Outstanding secondary academy requires a dynamic and experienced Music Teacher to join its successful creative arts department. The school is searching for a passionate educator ready to conduct, compose, and inspire students across performance and music technology. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Maestro Conductor: Instructing Music across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE), with potential for KS5.
- Rhythm Keeper: Driving high attainment in instrumental, vocal, and compositional skills, ensuring rigorous and exciting curriculum delivery.
- Ensemble Director: Running extracurricular music ensembles and supporting the technical and logistical side of school performances and concerts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Music and QTS. Experience teaching Music to GCSE is essential.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
