Front of House Manager
The BasicsSalary: £32,000 per annum Location: West London Working hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across the studio's operating hours. This includes early mornings, late finishes, and weekend shifts as part of a rota. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am and finish as late as 9:30pm. Holiday: 28 days per annum, including bank holidays Benefits: Complimentary access to fitness classes during off-peak times Reporting to: Operations Manager The RoleThe Front of House Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day FOH operation, leading a team of part-time Front of House staff. Lead, support, and develop the Front of House teamManage the FOH rota, including shift scheduling, holiday planning and shift swapsWork approximately 15–20 hours per week on the Front DeskEnsure the studio is appropriately staffed across mornings, mid-days, evenings, and weekendsBuild strong relationships with membersHandle member questions, feedback, and issuesMaintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and serviceOversee opening, closing, and daily FOH proceduresSupport administrative tasks including email triage and client account managementUse Mindbody to complete relevant tasksSupport limited retail activityThe PersonAn experienced, hands-on Front of House, hospitality, customer experience, or studio professional who enjoys being visible and leading from the front. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to manage schedules, logistics, and competing priorities.
