Solution Consultant
Job Title
London (On-site, London Farringdon)
Full-time, salary: £60,000-75,000
Job Summary We’re looking for a Solution Consultant who combines structured business analysis with strong technical fluency and deep platform ownership.
This role sits at the intersection of clients, product, and engineering. You will lead discovery, design scalable solutions using the Travtus Everyday (AI)™ platform, configure workflows and automation logic, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients — understanding their operational challenges in depth and translating them into either structured product requirements or robust platform configurations. You’ll need to be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, workflows, and system behaviour with technical teams, while maintaining credibility with senior business stakeholders.
This is not a purely functional BA role, nor a pure pre-sales role. It is a hybrid position requiring business structure, systems thinking, and hands-on solution design capability.
About Travtus
Travtus is transforming the Housing Industry with our Everyday (AI)™ platform. We bring intelligence and automation together in one place so teams can move faster and work smarter. By delivering everyday AI decisions and workflows across the systems operators already use daily, our platform improves efficiency while enhancing the resident experience.
About the Role
Client Discovery & Structured Analysis
Lead structured discovery workshops with operational and senior stakeholders.
Understand workflows, constraints, data structures, integrations, and success metrics.
Translate ambiguous business problems into clear process maps, decision trees, and solution hypotheses.
Challenge assumptions and guide clients toward scalable, product-aligned solutions.
Solution Design & Platform Configuration
Design and configure workflows, rules, automation logic, and system mappings within the Travtus platform.
Convert business requirements into structured configuration and system behaviour.
Think in decision trees, edge cases, exception handling, and data dependencies.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the long-term product vision.
Own solution quality from design through deployment.
Technical Collaboration & Integrations
Work closely with Engineering and Product when new functionality or enhancements are required.
Translate client requirements into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
Confidently discuss APIs, data schemas, integrations, and system interactions.
Support troubleshooting of configuration and data-related issues during implementation.
Validate that integrations and automation behave as intended in real-world scenarios.
Testing, Validation & Business Outcomes
Define acceptance criteria rooted in real business use cases.
Support UAT and validate that configured solutions reflect documented intent.
Identify gaps between expected and actual system behaviour.
Ensure measurable client value is delivered through effective solution design.
Client Training & Enablement
Develop and deliver structured training sessions for client teams.
Create clear documentation and enablement materials.
Ensure clients understand both how the platform works and how to optimise its impact.
Support long-term adoption through clear guidance and workflow embedding.
Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Identify recurring patterns in client needs and feed structured insights into the product roadmap.
Balance bespoke requests with platform scalability.
Contribute to internal best practices, reusable configuration frameworks, and implementation playbooks.
Help improve onboarding, deployment, and documentation processes.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be a natural problem-solver with an affinity for automation, efficiency, and AI-driven solutions with excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams. We’re looking for someone analytical, technically fluent, and client-confident — capable of moving seamlessly between business strategy and system logic.
Must have requirements:
Proven experience in a Solution Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Business Analyst, or similar hybrid SaaS role.
Strong business analysis capability — including structured discovery, process modelling, and requirement documentation.
Experience working with complex SaaS platforms.
Hands-on experience configuring systems, workflows, or rule-based automation.
Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and data structures (no coding required, but strong technical fluency expected).
Ability to translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience supporting UAT and business-led validation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior client exposure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident operating in a startup or scale-up environment with evolving requirements.
Nice to have requirements: Experience with AI-driven, workflow-heavy, or automation platforms.
Exposure to REST APIs, webhooks, Postman, or integration tools.
Experience in housing, property, or regulated industries.
Experience developing training programmes or enablement frameworks.
Exposure to QA processes or deployment cycles.
