Location: Central Camden

Pay: £90 daily, increasing to £113 daily after 12 working weeks

Hours: Term Time Only, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a Good primary school centrally located in Camden. We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role:

Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team of three TAs across two Year 3 classes, providing support and continuity.

Small Group Leadership: Lead small groups, fostering a focused and engaging learning environment.

In-Class Support: Work alongside the class teacher to support teaching and learning activities.

One-to-One Support: Provide individualized attention to students who need additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Monitor and support students' academic and social development.

Prepare resources and materials for lessons and activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and areas for improvement.

About You:

Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting, or a graduate aspiring to become a teacher.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to student success.

Organizational skills to manage small group activities and classroom resources.
