Client Services Executive - Top Law Firm - London
Dawn Ellmore Employment have partnered with a top Law Firm in London, in their search for a Client Services Executive to join their team. This opportunity is a great chance to join a well-established firm and gain the exceptional salary and benefits which is on offer.
The ideal candidate must hold experience in a Front of House or Reception role from a professional services environment and be able to demonstrate a hard-working and methodical approach. It is essential to have excellent customers service skills along with a professional demeaner.
This role will entail:
- Booking meeting rooms and ensure they are managed effectively.
- Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors for the office.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and reporting any issues when needed.
- Ad-hoc administrative support to other teams and supporting teams as and when necessary.
