We are seeking experienced and skilled Barista's to join our professional team serving high-end RA (Restaurant Associates) client venues across London. You must be confident working with Manual Coffee Machines , able to deliver consistently exceptional coffee, and maintain high standards of service.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Barista , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality beverages and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
· Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including high-quality espresso-based drinks using manual espresso machines, teas, and specialty drinks, while maintaining consistency and quality.
· Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and making personalized recommendations.
· Operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
· Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including restocking supplies and maintaining hygiene standards.
· Handling transactions accurately, processing cash and card payments efficiently.
· Working as part of a team , supporting colleagues during busy periods and ensuring smooth service flow.
· Adhering to health and safety regulations , ensuring all drinks are prepared in compliance with food hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about coffee. The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous experience as a Barista using a M anual Coffee Machine . Excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and grinder calibration.
· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
· The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn , with an interest in developing barista skills further.
· Reliability and flexibility , including the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts as required.
