Higher pay rate is achieved by : Monday to Friday at £17.00 per hour Saturday at £25.50 per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays at £34.00 per hour

Location: Hornchurch (covering all Havering areas)
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime: Saturdays paid at Time & a Half | Sundays & Bank Holidays paid at Double Time
The Best Connection is currently recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join a friendly, hardworking household waste collection team . This is a brilliant opportunity for reliable drivers looking for steady, ongoing work with excellent pay enhancements.
What the role involves:
- Driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle
- Working as part of a crew to collect household waste & recycling
- Assisting loaders when required
- Completing daily routes safely and efficiently
- Representing The Best Connection professionally across the Havering area
What we're looking for:
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous waste collection experience is beneficial but not essential
What we offer:
- £17.00 per hour
- Time and a half on Saturdays
- Double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
- Weekly pay
