Early Years TA - Tower Hamlets
Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant Location: Tower Hamlets Salary: £90 - £105 per day Working Hours: 08:30 am - 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday) Contract: Full-time, Long-term Are you passionate about supporting young children in their earliest stages of education?

We are currently looking for caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic primary school in Tower Hamlets. You'll work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support children's learning and emotional development-particularly those with additional needs. What You'll Be Doing:
Morning Support: Work 1:1 with pupils who have SEMH needs, such as ADHD or self-harming behaviour. Afternoon Support: Help children in Key Stage 1 and 2, offering flexible classroom support. Inclusive Environment: Contribute to a nurturing classroom where every child feels valued and supported. Collaborate with Staff: Partner with teachers and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies. Build Relationships: Form meaningful connections with children to support their overall growth and confidence. What This School Offers:

What We're Looking For: Previous experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting (desirable but not essential). Confidence supporting children with SEN and assisting with nappy changing if needed. A resilient, proactive mindset with a passion for helping young learners thrive. A solid understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive practice. Great communication and teamwork skills.
