About the region
London represents one of the most complex regions within the CCF structure, presenting the strategic complexity of our vibrant capital city, our biggest branches, and our fiercest markets. Together, this creates an unique operating challenge, necessitating a proactive strategist, a calm critical thinker, and a data driven leader to safeguard, future-proof, and develop our largest team of colleagues.
What you will do
Reporting into CCF's Regional Director, you will be a driven and customer-focused sales leader to manage and inspire our external sales team, ensuring CCF continues to be recognised as the leading supplier in our industry.
As the Regional Sales Director, you look to progress our business performance by identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive sales and profit growth. Holding accountability for Sales performances across London, you will build a collaborative, reliable, and high performing team, setting clear objectives built on integrity, safety, and continuous improvement. As the senior leader of regional sales, you will develop strong and influential working relationships with Branch Managers and branch sales teams, developing the wider culture to maximise opportunities to grow our market share.

As the Regional Sales Director, you'll lead by example to role model positive sales mindsets, open transparent conversation, and customer interactions that leave our competitors in our wake.
Through your high performance, you'll play a crucial role in the ongoing success of the CCF and Travis Perkins plc businesses.
