Key Responsibilities: Principal ERP Recruitment Consultant in California
- Develop, lead, and execute strategic recruitment campaigns across NetSuite-related platforms, acting as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
- Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders in Finance, IT, and business transformation.
- Engage in business development activities to expand our client portfolio throughout California and the broader US market.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Source, qualify, and present high-calibre ERP professionals for permanent and interim roles using advanced sourcing methods and the latest recruitment technology.
- Stay abreast of market trends in ERPs, digital transformation, and talent acquisition strategies.

- Significant experience in recruitment within the ERP, Financial Systems, or Technology sectors—NetSuite specific recruitment is a plus.
