Digital Content Assistant
Hush is an ambitious and distinctive fashion brand, with plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 140 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories characterised by effortlessness, simplicity and a laidback sense of style. Despite the challenges to the retail industry, Hush has continued grow – and our company culture still reflects our entrepreneurial roots and relaxed aesthetic. We love hard-working and talented people with a can-do attitude and a passion for what they do.
About the role of Digital Content Assistant
The Digital Content Assistant will support the day-to-day trading of the HUSH website, ensuring the right product reaches the right customer at the right time. This role is key in keeping ecommerce content accurate, optimised, and trading-focused during a busy period, while also supporting the transition to our new Centra platform.
This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and updating website content, supporting product launches, and managing day-to-day Salesforce Commerce Cloud activity, alongside work on our new Centra platform. This is a great opportunity for either a graduate looking to build hands-on ecommerce experience or someone with around 2 years’ experience who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
The Digital Content Assistant will be required to work from the office on our core days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, collaborating closely with the ecommerce and wider digital teams.

Hush is currently operating a hybrid approach to working, with in-person days based in the office in Clapham, London.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Content Assistant:
- Manage and update product content across the website, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, and attributes
- Maintain content accuracy and consistency in line with brand tone of voice
- Support product launches, seasonal drops, and promotional updates
- Carry out day-to-day content changes within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and support migration/workflows within Centra
- Implement SEO best practices including metadata and on-page optimisation
- Prepare and publish content for emails, landing pages, and onsite campaigns
- Proofread and quality-check content prior to go-live
- Support trading priorities by updating content in line with performance insights
- Work efficiently within established processes and tools to meet tight timelines
- Collaborate closely with ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, and creative teams
