We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global firm seeking a Senior Manager to join their Real Estate Transaction Tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions, advising a diverse client base that includes sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, institutions, and multinational corporations.
The Role:
As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in structuring and advising on major real estate deals in the UK and internationally. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic tax insights while managing and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex real estate tax projects, acting as the overall deal architect.
* Provide expert tax advice to high-profile clients, ensuring commercial and strategic success.
* Identify new business opportunities, working with directors and partners to grow the practice.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, setting high standards for technical and professional excellence.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in Real Estate tax or a strong background in UK corporate tax.
* A track record of leading teams and managing client relationships.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build networks.
* A tax or accounting qualification (or equivalent experience).
