Influencer Talent Management Intern (Music & Digital Media)

Grail Talent is an Influencer Management Agency that connects our diverse and carefully curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities, working with brands and record labels to advertise products and music on social media through influencer promotion and performance marketing.

We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video , to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. In doing so, we are shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent; delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across a variety of social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram , and measuring their impact with detailed analytics.

The Role

As a Talent Management Intern , you’ll support one of our Talent Managers with the day-to-day management of creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role offers hands-on exposure to influencer management, artist and creator relations, campaign delivery, and talent growth strategies , particularly within the music and entertainment space .

You’ll work closely with both talent and external partners, gaining insight into how creators collaborate with brands and record labels to promote music, products, and digital content.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with day-to-day communication between talent, brands, and label partners

• Coordinating and tracking campaign deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules

• Researching social and music trends, sourcing new creators to sign, and identifying brand and label opportunities

• Supporting calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination

• Monitoring social media performance for talent, releases, and competitor campaigns

• Participating in team calls, campaign planning, and creative brainstorming sessions

• Are keen to learn how creators and artists build audiences and monetise their platforms
